Emmy Award - winning actress Nancy Cartwright is best known as the voice of spike-headed underachiever Bart Simpson, but also gives voice to Ralph Wiggum, Nelson Muntz, Todd Flanders and various others in the town of Springfield.

2006 - Nancy completed a 4-week long tour of Australia and New Zealand with her one-woman show, "My Life as a 10-year old Boy."
Nancy's One woman show - My Life as a Ten-Year-Old Boy, is jam-packed with hilarious stories, video clips and plenty of audience interaction, My Life as a 10-Year-Old Boy is a rare behind the scenes look at life with The Simpsons and the unlikely icon of the 90's, Bart Simpson.
In a performance of high-paced entertainment Nancy Cartwright's unique perspective brings to life the story of the incredible rise of The Simpsons. With clips, voices a-plenty and Nancy's unique ability to do every sound from a dripping tap to an entire class of ten year olds, My Life as a 10-Year-Old Boy takes the audience on an inside tour of the world of The Simpsons and the universe of "voice acting".
The tour began in Sydney and moved onto Melbourne, one of the hottest cities on planet earth, Nancy was invited to be a special guest on Rove Live, the number one television evening talk show in Australia.
Nancy performed in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide,and in Auckland, New Zealand.
The shows were hits in each city, and no fan left unsatisfied after Nancy entertained them with her unique sound effects and voices. At the end of the exhausting, but satisfying tour, Nancy took a much needed vacation with her children and a couple of friends in New Zealand.

Nancy has received an Emmy Award and Annie Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in voice-over performance as Bart Simpson. They are displayed along side the multiple Simpsons Emmys; her Emmys for Animaniacs and Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain; a People's Choice Award; and the DramaLogue Award she received for her one-woman play, In Search of Fellini.
Through the SportsBlast division of her animation production company, Cartwright Entertainment, Cartwright was recognized by the Houston Film Festival for her series The Kellys.
In 2002 it received The Silver Award acknowledging the excellent work of Sports Blast and partner AOL/Time Warner in debuting The Kellys on Nascar.com Cartwright actively supports many non-profit organizations that help children including Famous Fone Friends, Make-a-Wish Foundation, The Way to Happiness Foundation and World Literacy Crusade. Cartwright's best-selling autobiography "My Life as a Ten-Year-Old Boy" takes a behind-the-scenes look at her unique life as it relates to the phenomenon of The Simpsons. In 1999, Nancy gathered up her old date books and journals, and sat down to write the story of a girl from Ohio whose remarkable voice and acting talents catapulted her to fame on the most popular, highly acclaimed and longest running prime time animated series in the history of TV. Her book, My Life as a 10-Year-Old Boy, was released in 2000 and quickly became a bestseller. It is filled with humorous anecdotes about her adventurous journey as an entertainer and voice-actor, with more than 150 pages of a behind-the-scenes look at The Simpsons, the cartoon that reinvented sitcom and forever changed the face of American television.
