Let it Be Beatles perform a musical tribute to the greatest band ever -The Beatles.
Playing all the hits that made The Beatles household names "Let it be" will take you on a musical journey through the early 60's and perform hits like Love me do, 8 days a week, Drive my car, Twist and shout and the list goes on.
Based in Adelaide - consists of five talented members who have extensive experience within the music industry, performing with some of Australia's leading musicians.
Band consists of:
- Mick Rajan - drums
Mick started playing drums at the age of 12 under the guidance of Ray Horne, a well known teacher in South Australia. In 1985 Mick also studied with Laurie Kennedy and Adrian Snell.
- Troy Johncock - guitar
Troy began singing and playing the guitar at a very young age. A self taught player, Troy had learnt the basics from his father who continues to play in his own band on the Adelaide circuit.
- Mick Cooper - bass guitar
- Paul Clutterham - guitar
Paul's musical experiences are vastly different from the rest of the band. Paul has mainly performed in "metal" bands, although he has also performed in a Kiss tribute show which probably the closest to Rock and Roll he reached before joining Let It Be Beatles. Paul is a very competant recording engineer having produced a number of albums from his home studio, including So Watt's "Evans St" release.
- Alan Jones - keyboards
Alan is the multi instrumentalist in the band. Having learnt piano from a young age Alan started to play drums from the age of 12 and until he joined Let it be he had not played piano in a band situation. Alan is also the most musically educated within the band holding a Bachelor of Music degree.
