SOPHIE KOH - SILLY THING
SOPHIE KOH started 2005 with hope and anticipation:
Her debut album, “All The Pretty Boys” (produced by ARIA award winner, Richard
Pleasance) was in the can and she was ready to play a few gigs to support it.
But nothing could have prepared her for the response she received from the moment the first single, “Anywhere”, went to radio. Since then she hasn’t had any time to sit back and relax. She’s toured the country repeatedly (every state, including NT). Sophie has supported/toured with The Go-Betweens. the Eels, Paul Kelly, Pete Murray and Epicure. She’s played the Queenscliff Music Festival, the Come Together Festival, Peace One Day Festival, Northcote Festival and Woodford Folk Festival.

They play them with ‘grunt’ with their own interpretation as would have been played in medieval taverns and at feasts.
