The Christina’s are a rock and roll band (Who are all blokes, don’t let the sissy name fool ya!) who play rock and roll and are hell bent on either making it big in the music business or writing and producing a musical about Checkers (There’s one for Chess so why not Checkers!!!). What does this grotty pub band sound like I hear you ask? Think members of’ ‘Spinal Tap’, ‘Tenacious D’ and ‘Blood duster’ collectively playing a cover of ‘Evie let your hair hang down’ in some dank little Melbourne pub… Needless to say we think playing rock is awesome and we like to think we send people home both satisfied and horrified.
