BECAUSE OF GHOSTS album launch with Seaworthy (NSW)
Sat 28 Oct
Doors 9.30
Because of Ghosts have been performing their own brand of instrumental music since late 2002. After releasing several sold out EPs, Because of Ghosts’ debut album, ‘The Tomorrow We Were Promised Yesterday’, will be released in Australia and New Zealand in October. The album is a culmination of many months of both precise and raw production. The band utilised the stifling humidity of a North Melbourne warehouse, the natural reverb of a Johnston Street garage, the ambiance of Soundpark’s parquetry, field recordings from Japan, and the warmth of friends, family and two-inch tape.
$12+bf
$15 at the door if still available
Tickets from NSC box office (301 High St, Northcote), Ph: 94861677 and online via www.northcotesocialclub.com
