Fresh from touring across the UK and Europe, one of Australia’s favourite singer songwriters, Pete Murray, has just announced a bunch of new dates to his EUREKA TOUR, as shows in Perth. Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne have sold out!

Tickets have been selling fast for the EUREKA TOUR, Pete’s first Australian concert run in over two years, and fans should get in quick if they don’t want to miss out. Midnight Oil’s 10-1: Greatest album of all time

Midnight Oil’s incendiary 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 is the greatest Australian album of all time, according to a poll conducted by The Age’s weekly entertainment section, EG.

The album pipped offerings by some of Australia’s favourite acts, including AC/DC, INXS, Skyhooks, Paul Kelly, the Hoodoo Gurus and Crowded House, according the a panel of 60 experts comprising musicians, critics and broadcasters.

Ingrid Brooker has been busy in her bedroom. Busy animating miniature plastic people, cars, rulers and cameras, millimetre by painstaking millimetre, to create rich imaginary worlds. Stop motion animation is Ingrid’s passion. Accomplished in a variety of art forms including photography, painting and multimedia, Ingrid really comes into her own with stop motion animation.

The Comedy Lair returns Wed 2 July with Corinne Grant and Adam Richard

After a break of almost two and half years (where does the time go?!) The Comedy Lair returns!

The Lair now has a new home, upstairs at Hardiman’s Hotel in Kensington, where it will run as a monthly room, on the first Wednesday of each month, starting July. To mark the occasion we have a big opening night show lined up featuring Corinne Grant, Adam Richard, Elbowskin, Geraldine Hickey and Joanne Brookfield.
