Tastes of the Gold Coast set to celebrate from this Thursday!
Tastes of the Gold Coast 2010, the festival that unites the wonderful food producers, chefs, restaurants, wine and beverage makers of the Gold Coast and its Hinterland will take over the region from THIS Thursday 26 August to Sunday 5 September.
In its seventh year and boasting an 11-day program, Gold Coast will celebrate its love affair with food by putting on a heady mix of dinners, lunches, breakfasts, cooking classes for the young and young at heart, markets, cocktail trails and even a European fiesta, and this year, under creative production company Strut & Fret, the festival has a theatrical flair that will tantalise, and titillate. Tastes of Gold Coast food and wine festival is a joint initiative of the Gold Coast City Council and Gold Coast Tourism.
