Slow Dance Social will be held on Friday, July 17 from 6.30pm at Little & Oliver 393 Brunswick Street in Fitzroy as part of Leaps & Bounds Music Festival.
Welcoming dancers and non-dancers alike to share a night of vignette moment with strangers and friends, Slow Dance Social is a non-heteronormative soiree and fundraiser for Equal Love (marriage equality advocacy) and Beyond Blue (recognizing that the queer community reports more instances of depression and anxiety than the mainstream numbers).

Slow Dance Social is an evening of class with a slow soul and blues soundtrack, dance cards and a lending library of designated dancers for wallflowers.

The first weekend kicks off with two special performances by acclaimed Sydney singer songwriter, Perry Keyes.
