New to Moomba this year, the Cultural Quarter showcases music, dance from many different cultures and nations. More than 35 artists and performance groups will take to the Peppercorn Lawn Stage, Alexandra Gardens in a celebration of multicultural Melbourne.
Blakroots have created a fresh and exciting original musical brew that truly represents afro reggae - a razor tight mix of driving reggae rhythms, refreshing sweet vocals and african inspired harmonies.
