With only five weeks before FUSE 2012 kicks off, the festival announces some changes in international & national keynote speakers and delegates with the addition of the who’s who in both international and local music scenes.
Held annually in Adelaide SA, FUSE is the longest running music industry conference and showcase festival in Australia. The 2012 FUSE Festival will be held in 20 venues across east and west ends of the Adelaide CBD. This year the festival will again run in close association with The Adelaide Fringe Festival.

The 2012 FUSE Festival will be held in multiple venues across Adelaide and this year will again run in close association with The Adelaide Fringe Festival.
Fuse 2012 will be running over three days from 22nd – 24th February, with the masterclasses and conference running during the day, Adelaide willcome alive with music, across two nights with over 80 bands from interstate and locally showcasing. All FUSE shows this year will be open access (FUSE West& Fuse East), not only for delegates but also for the music loving public!

Following a string of successful launch shows across the east coast last month for their just released mini album “Street Music”, Only the Sea Slugs have just now announced a night of hat-themed mayhem @ the Oxford Arts Factory’s first official ‘Hat Party’ on Friday December 9th. Gorgeous Festival at McLaren Vale on Saturday November 26th will present two stages for emerging artists titled the ‘APRA Petit Rosso and APRA Petit Bianco’ Stages. Thanks to sponsorship from the Australiasian Performing Rights Assoication (APRA) Gorgeous Festival is pleased to announce the innitiative that offers emerging talent the chance to play alongisde the likes of Icehouse and Josh Pyke.

Back for its third year, the Origin8 Fast Film Festival is promising to be bigger and better!
For the first time, groups outside the Toowoomba region may submit their films online, allowing entrants to participate from all over the world!
Origin8 is a 24 hour film-making competition open to budding Speilbergs of all ages. Teams of up to 8 people can register for the events, held over the weekend of August 12 – 14, 2011.
