East Brunswick Club Gigs

NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS

DOC NEESON’S ANGELS (NSW) with special guest
Fri 5 Oct 2007
Doc Neeson is a performer of prowess whose influence has been felt well beyond these shores, from beginnings in Adelaide in 1970 with the Angels, recommended to Albert Productions by tourmates AC/DC, to being considered the hottest live act in Australia by 1979. Through the eighties and into the nineties there always seemed to be an Angels hit pounding out of the radio – Into The Heat, Stand Up, Nature Of The Beast, We Gotta Get Out Of This Place, Let The Night Roll On, Dogs Are Talking, Back Street Pick Up, Tear Me Apart and Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again? Returning to the live scene six years after a terrible automobile accident that almost left him paralysed, Doc Neeson has regained his health and fully resumed his career, working with Angels Jim Hilbun and David Lowy by his side. After a year of preparing for his return to the rock arena, Doc and the Angels follow up their national tour as an integral part of the Countdown Spectacular 2 with an extra special performance at the East.
$25+bf
Tickets on sale at the East Brunswick Club box office, 280 Lygon St, PH: 9388 9794 or via the website www.eastbrunswickclub.com
