GLIDE with TOBY MARTIN (Youth Group) and special guests: ON SALE NOW!
The heyday for Sydney based Glide saw the band connect with a generation of music lovers in the 90s through the gifted song writing, guitar playing and singing of front man and creative leader William Arthur. Acknowledged at the time as one of Australia’s most accomplished and original songwriters, Arthur’s untimely passing in 1999 left behind a musical legacy that will now be acknowledged with the release of Glide’s entire back catalogue through iTunes. For the first time since the late 90s, the original Glide line-up will perform a very special show at the East, with Youth Group’s Toby Martin on vocals, bringing to life once more the work of William Arthur.

Bondi Cigars Announce Tour

For 20 years, the Bondi Cigars have successfully fused soul, funk, pop, blues, rock and roots; pioneering the way for many of today’s crop of Australian roots artists who now commonly blend genres and boundaries. The ‘Cigars distinctive sound remains instantly identifiable today, and their live performances are proof that this is a band still very much at the top of their game. The respect they have earned is borne out by repeat invitations to perform at just about every major blues and roots festival in Australia, and the fact that after 20 years, they are still pulling rapt crowds to their shows. On his last Australian tour, British blues icon John Mayall selected a Bondi Cigars track (Howling At The Moon) to play live
