OUCH! MY FACE
In February of 2002, Celeste Potter moved to Melbourne to study art with a fellow weirdo country kid Ben Wundersitz. Ben and Celeste moved into a little apartment in St. Kilda with an old school friend of Ben’s Steve Huf, and a new friend/alpaca farmer, Chris Preuss. They closed the door behind them, and spent the next thirteen months sitting inside eating pancakes, watching their mammoth joint-collection of Rage videotapes, and nurturing a their found musical affinity.
Since the beginning of this year, The four have been working on a growing body of songs, and recording them in Chris and Steve’s lounge and bathroom.
Ben, Steve, Chris and Celeste have now emerged as the collective known Ouch My Face! -Translating these songs into a live context.

QUADRAPHONIC
Quadraphonic is a three piece band from the western suburbs of Melbourne, who go out of there way to be known as loud, honest, genuine and “commercial intolerant”. The band are happy and willing to start all the way from the bottom again and quickly move their way up.
Quadraphonic is very highly influenced by bands like: Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Metallica, Oasis, early Foo Fighters, The Beatles, The Doors, Black Sabbath, Incursion, Powderfinger, silverchair and Soundgarden. Basically anything that is honest…..
Playing loud and filthy hard rock with a very unique sound, Quadraphonic also often tone it down with their acoustic set which is just as powerful!

Hey not sure if your the other celeste potter i meet in melbourne recently but i officially moved to melbourne in febuary 2007! Freaky stuff !
