The hyper-prolific, blood visionary Jay Reatard will be touring Australia for the first time in March. After a decade of touring and recording with some of the biggest names in US garage rock/punk, few people would be able to look back on their adolescence and see such an influential catalogue of gutter-level hits, destroyed disco balls, straight-up copy cats, and legions of obsessed fans… His debut solo album, ‘Blood Visions’ (written, recorded and produced entirely by Jay - released locally by Stained Circles) is an iconic statement of twisted new wave, punk / garage pop genius.
