Whispering Jack – A Tribute to John Farnham

Filed under: pop music — site admin @ 6:32 am

John Farnham told Mike Vee (frontman for The Whispering show) that he was honoured to have a show dedicated to his music and that Mike certainly is the man to pull it off.

Even the biggest fan of Farnham can’t help but give Mike a rap about how close to the real thing the show sounds. The best and most heard compliment received at shows is how if you close your eyes you would think it was the man himself. Another compliment is how good the show is.

Mike has over 25 years of performance experience since his first major performance on Channel 10’s Star Maker (where he performed the John Farnham version of “Help”)
Performing The Whispering Jack show for 10 years Vee has in that time performed at clubs across the country as well as corporate functions along the East Coast. After performing the National Anthem for The Newcastle Knights one year the club’s telephone lines where filled with people asking whether John Farnham was singing at the game. Yet another compliment that Mike is happy to boast about.

The Whispering Jack show features 5 very talented musicians dedicated to giving even the biggest Farnham fans something to enjoy. This is truly an amazing show
